Irene Rainer Sigler Boydstun, 68, of Amarillo, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in Amarillo.

Irene was born on December 4, 1948 in Richmond, Minnesota to Joseph and Loretta Rainer. Among some of her favorite things to do were playing cards, bingo and putting puzzles together with her family. She also enjoyed camping. Irene always wanted to make things better for her family. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
She is preceded in death by one daughter; Carla Jo Sigler; her parents; one sister, Rose Atchley; and one brother, Al Rainer.
Irene is survived by two daughters, Candie Sigler of North Carolina and Christina Carter and husband Daniel of Amarillo; three sons, Curt Sigler and Shawn Sigler, both of Minnesota, and Troy Boydstun of Amarillo; four sisters, Loretta Richards, Beverly Elase, Ruth Rudolph and Dee Terwisscha; and one brother, Joseph Rainer.
