Antonio 'Tony' B. Ramos

Antonio (Tony) Ramos passed away on Sunday morning, February 26, 2017.

Tony worked as a rig worker and a crane lift operator for many many years. He was proud of the work he did over the years. When Tony wasn’t at work he spent his time listening to music and watching movies. Tony was up to date on all of the latest movies and made sure he owned all of the newest releases.

Tony had a sweet tooth and absolutely loved banana cookies. His favorite meal was ribeye steak.

Tony loved his family more than anything and worked hard to provide for them all of his life. Tony has five kids and five grandkids that he loved very very much. Despite the many obstacles that Tony and family faced, Tony remained the calming force in the family. He wasn’t loud, but his strength was known.

His wife Rosa has said that she hopes her children are able to find partners as respectful and committed as she did in Tony. The two of them married just two weeks after meeting, February 22, 1994. She often speaks of how she immediately knew that he was the one, of how lucky she has been to find him and spend 23 years of her life with him.

In heaven, Tony is joining two of his children; his first daughter Sophia, his youngest son Gabriel, as well as his dad, his sister Lupe, and his brothers Angel and Jesse.

Tony will continue to live on in the lives of his family; his wife Rosa, his sons Sam and Simon, his daughters Krysta and Sophia, as well as their partners, and his five grandchildren. His memory will also be carried on by his brothers and sisters; Joe, Gabriel, Mike, Tino, Estella, Maria, Andrea, and their partners; his mother and stepfather, Juanita and Andres, his many nieces and nephews, and his many cousins, uncles and aunts.
