It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Betty Stacy, beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on July 14, 2025, in Amarillo, Texas. Born on September 29, 1966, in Amarillo, she lived a life enriched by her love for music, nature, and her cherished pets.
No services are scheduled at this time. Betty was a dedicated and passionate individual, known for her exceptional talent in lawn care and landscaping. Her beautifully manicured garden was a testament to her love for the outdoors, which offered her solace far from the confines of indoor life. She was not only an enthusiast of nature but also a nurturing soul who embraced everyone with kindness and compassion. Her big heart touched countless lives, and she always went out of her way to support those she loved. A long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Amarillo, Betty found comfort and community among her friends and fellow congregants.
She is preceded in death by her father, her son Carson Stacy, and her sister-in-law, Christy Stacy.
Betty is survived by her loving mother, Juanita Stacy; her devoted sisters, Sally King and husband Jeff, and Ellen Murray and husband David; her brother, Kennith Stacy Jr.; and her beloved fur babies, Rascal, Boo, and Toto. She is also remembered by many nieces, nephews, and an extensive circle of cherished friends.
