Mr. Dobbs was born November 7, 1930, in Batesville, Arkansas to Charles and Belle Dobbs. He was a veteran of the US Army.
He is preceded in death by his son, Rex Dobbs.
Survivors include his wife, Vera K. Dobbs of White Deer; a son, Glynn Dobbs; a daughter, Cindy Sue Miller; two brothers, Walter Dobbs and Harlen Dobbs; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at a later date.
