Charles David Kish, 86, of Amarillo, died on July 10, 2026.

A celebration of Charles’s life will be held at a later date

Charles  was born in Barberton, Utah on July 18th, 1939. He met Donna Mae in October of 1959 They married on April 8th, 1960.

He was baptized on June 28, 1969, as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He became a father to 3 beautiful children: Nanette Marie Kish-Dean Married Mark Dean, Jacob Andrew and Sherry Rebeca Dean, David Brian Kish (deceased), Tiffany Michelle Kish, and James Robert Kish married Sandra Trevizo-Kish

He was devoted husband and father, very empathetic, warm hearted and jazz musician, love writing beautiful songs and love playing them for family and friends. He also loved working with his hands; he designed and made two beautiful guitars. He loved talking about music, trains, and any topic he found interesting.

He LOVED reading his Bible, printed special topics and scriptures that were meaningful and brought comfort to himself and to those he shared them with.

When friends stopped by, to encourage him, they left encouraged. That is just who he was.
