Cheryl was born December 27, 1980 in Amarillo to Charles and Janet Foster. She was the founder of Soul Twin Creations, a crocheting business. She loved her nieces and nephews and taking care of her fur babies.
Cheryl was survived by her husband, Frank Perales; her parents, Charles and Janet Foster; brother, Chris Foster and wife, April, all of Amarillo, 1 grandmother, Mrs. Charles W. Foster of Fort Worth; a niece, Harley Foster and Richard Morales and Baby Bean Morales; .two nephews, Cody Foster and Aaron Foster; and several cousins; and a special friend, Rene Mezzell.
