The United States Air Force Veteran is survived by his daughter Shawna Costello, her daughters, Ashley Costello, Nicole Costello, Britne Costello, Aryana Hess, Bryana Hess and his great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or a service, the family asks that donations be made to The Disabled American Veterans, The American Heart Association or the Red Cross.
