Dennis Leroy Beedle, age 84, of Dalhart, Texas, entered into Heaven on September 24, 2024, at 1:10 a.m.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, at 2:00 p.m., at Central Methodist Church, 601 Rock Island Ave. Dalhart, TX 79022. A  small Family Gathering will follow at the niche on Monday, November 25th at 2:00 pm. First United Methodist Church, 2000 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Roswell, NM 88201

Dennis was born in Pottawattamie County, Iowa, on June 23, 1940, to Everett Beedle and Wilma Rolf. Dennis married Sandra Goldman in Yorktown, Indiana, on October 9, 1960.  Dennis always worked hard to provide for his family. Dennis and Sandyloved farming and raising dairy cows before moving west in the early 80’s.  Dennis never met a stranger and was always outgoing. A faithful Methodist man who was always willing to share his faith with others, Dennis enjoyed being a leader in many “Walks to Emmaus." Dennis was a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who loved watching the people his grandchildren and great-grandchildren were growing up to be. Dennis was ornery, but the way to his heart was sweets, oysters, or a good book.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra; their son, Dennis E Beedle Sr. and his wife, Christy; their daughter, Kelli Sanders and her husband Leon; their daughter-in-law Donna Johnson; grandchildren: Dennis E Beedle Jr. and his wife, Annie, Justine Beedle, Michael Tays, Tiffanie Long and her husband Michael, Lance Sanders and his wife Diane; great-grandchildren: Laynie Beedle, Lindsey Beedle, Andy Long, Autumn Long, Marie Sanders, Alexandria Sanders, and Guinevere Sanders.
