A bit of a “sassy soul,” Frances was busy! She was a mother hen and wanted everyone to be cared for. She would go to great links to ensure that everyone was where they needed to be and had what they needed to have. Always very attentive to the needs of her family and of those around her, she delighted in time spent with those she loved.  Frances formed strong bonds with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

One could say that Frances was committed to her passions, whether it be traveling the world with Peter, playing Bingo, or spending time with her family she put everything she had into it!

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister Glenda Young: a brother Clinton Lynch; and by her beloved husband Peter.

Frances is survived by her four daughters, Debra Grabber and her spouse Belinda Neiman of California, Paula Mead and her spouse Adam of Marble Falls, Patty Rogers and her spouse William of Bertram,  and Mary Owens and her spouse Johnny of Amarillo; one sister, Sarah Wheeler McDade of Texas; her grandchildren, Jonathan Grabber and his spouse Darla of Amarillo, Jennifer Calkins and her spouse Mike of Sanford, Robert Mead and his spouse Jennifer of Marble Falls, Stephanie McNamara of Marble Falls, Alan Mead and his spouse Amber of Copperas Cove, Andy McManus and his spouse Trisha of Kingsland, David McManus and his spouse Sara of Jasper and Denyce Hough and her spouse Ben of Amarillo; and eleven precious great grandchildren and one other on the way
