Memorial services will be held at a later date in Ridgeway S. Carolina.
Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur.
James was born January 14, 1948 in Ridgeway, South Carolina.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Candis Westmoreland; his mother, Aileen Edmunds; four brothers and one sister.
