James Gregory “Greg” Cargill, 50, died Wednesday, August 14, 2013.
Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 24, 2013 in Cross Pointe Church, 4400 S. Washington, with Dr. Sheldon DeVries officiating. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur.
Greg was born March 20, 1963 in Pampa, Texas to James Cargill and Rebecca Gaines. Greg was very family-oriented and enjoyed participating in anything related to family. His greatest passion in life was being a “Dad” and “Pa Paw.”
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David Cargill.
Survivors include three daughters, Tasha Clark and husband Bradley, Nicki Cargill, and Kaci Cargill and fiancé, Tyler Fraser all of Amarillo; two granddaughters, Paisley Fraser and Brinlee Clark; his long-time companion, Dené Valentine, and her three children, Cash, Madeline, and Hanna Taylor; and a brother, Rodney Cargill of Amarillo.
