Jorge Ruiz Rodriguez, 70, of Amarillo, died on Sunday, December 11, 2016 in Amarillo.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at 3:00 PM Saturday, December 17, 2016 at St. Laurence Catholic Church, 2300 N. Spring. Cremation arrangements by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur, Amarillo, TX 79103.
Jorge was born August 21, 1946 to Alberto and Francisca Ruiz. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Calderon De Ruiz of Amarillo; three daughters, Barbara Hilliard and husband Kelly, Claudia Morales and husband Alfredo, and Georgee Ruiz-Williams and husband Vedeis, all of Amarillo; one son, Marcos Ruiz of Amarillo; and five grandchildren, Aldair Morales, Maya Morales, Uxmal Morales, Micah Morales and Anaseli Williams.
