Mr. Ramirez was born April 3, 1949, in San Luis, Mexico. He was employed as a grounds keeper for Tascosa Country Club golf course.
Survivors include his wife, Francisca Gomez Ramirez; two daughters, Josefina Williams and husband Christopher and Diana Ramirez, all of Amarillo; two sons, Juan Ramirez Gomez and Felipe Ramirez Gomez, both of Amarillo; his mother, Maria Ramirez of Mexico. and four grandchildren.
