Juaquin Bustos, Sr., age 89 of Amarillo died January 20, 2013.
Rosary will be said Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Chapel of the Angels, Angel Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass is Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Jose Gomez as celebrant. Burial is at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Juaquin was born August 15, 1923 in Seguin Texas to Antonio and Trinidad Bustos. He married Augustina Rocha and the couple were married for 53 years until her passing.
He was a hardworking man and a family oriented loving father. Juaquin had many relatives and friends who loved him dearly and he will be greatly missed.
Juaquin was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife Augustina.
He is survived by: 2 daughters, Irene Palacios and husband, Jose Luis and Oralia Hernandez and husband, Epifanio; 2 sons, Juan Bustos and wife, Betty and Jake Bustos, Jr. and wife, Irene; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
