Julian “JuJu” Gonzales, 16, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, August 24, 2016. Rosary will be said at 5:00 P.M. Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Angel Funeral Home.
Memorial Mass will be on 2:00 P.M. - Monday, September 5, 2016 at St. Laurence Catholic Church with Father Felipe Alvarez as celebrant. Arrangements are with Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur Street.
Julian was born March 14, 2000 in Amarillo, Texas to Jesse and Haydee Gonzales. He attended Paul Duro High School. He ran track, love to weld and also loved to dance. He enjoyed animals, working on cars and also loved being outside. Julian will truly be missed by all, including his pet dog, Bully Gonzales.
Julian was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jesus Gonzales
He is survived parents, Jesse Gonzales and Haydee Hernandez of Amarillo; two sisters, Sandra Hernandez and husband, Jose Sanchez of Amarillo; and Alexis Gonzales; his grandparents, Maria Elena Hernandez and husband, Leonel and Annette Gonzales all of Amarillo; two nieces; one nephew; and several cousins.
