Kathy E. (Stone) Taylor

Kathy Taylor (née Stone), 71, of Amarillo, TX, passed away on February 27, 2024.

Kathy was born September 19, 1952, to Anna Mae Ayers and J.L. Stone in Pampa, TX.

Kathy is survived by her daughter Kelly Whittaker of Mobeetie, TX and her son Heath Vanegas of Glenwood, IA, her sister Joanna Nunn, brother Jimmy Stone, brother Michael Stone, granddaughter Heather Bacon, as well as several nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her mother Anna Mae, her father J.L., and husband Danny Taylor.

At Kathy’s request, there will be no memorial or funeral.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Amarillo Food Bank.
