Linda Lou Bolt

Linda Lou Bolt, 76, of Amarillo, passed peacefully on the morning of January 9, 2026.

Per Linda’s request, there will be no services held.

Linda was born on November 20, 1949, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Carl Nickolas and Betty Lou (Traviss) Stott. She worked in the retail field at Tripps Harley Davidson in Amarillo, Texas for a long time. She married Rodney “Rod” Jay Bolt on April 20th, 1971, in Grand Rapids and the two began a life of adventure and love raising their family.

Linda was the love of Rod’s life. She was his Proverbs 31 wife. Linda helped Rod in every aspect of their life together. Linda absolutely loved her family. They were second only to God almighty. She and Rod travelled all over the United States, Rod on his motorcycle and Linda on hers seeing the country one state at a time. They always set off with a destination in mind, but it was the journey there that meant the most.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband, Rod Bolt, daughter, Shannon Bolt, sons, Richard and Jason Bolt, her precious grandchildren, Jazzmin, Paige, Jordan, Baily, and Darren; as well as many extended family and cherished friends.
