Lucia Alonzo

A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 28th, at 2:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.  Celebrant will be Father Jose Gomez.  Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur, Amarillo, TX.Lucia was born on November 5, 1925 to Pedro Navarrete and Lucia Juarez.  She married Jesus Alonzo in April of 1946 in Amarillo, Texas. She loved to play Bingo and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Lucia loved her family and will be missed by all those who knew her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Alonzo; her parents; and her brothers, Juan Navarrete and Manuel Navarrete.  She is survived by her sisters, Marta Navarrete and Emma Luera both of Amarillo, TX and numerous nieces and nephews
