Rosary will be 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 27 at Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur.
Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 28 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Father Jose Gomez will officiate. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur.
Burial will be at Llano Cemetery
Luisa was born on September 2, 1942 to Policarpio and Lucinda Sandoval Madrid in Porta Luna, New Mexico and had lived in the Amarillo area for more than 28 years. Before retirement she worked as a caregiver in the home health industry. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Preceded in death by two sons, Ramon and Richard Ballesteros, and several brothers and one sister.
Luisa is survived by two daughters, Donelia Ballesteros of Ft. Worth, Dora Guajardo and husband, Dr. Frank Guajardo of Uvalde; three sons, Roy Ballesteros and wife Rachel of Crystal City TX, Ramiro Ballesteros and wife Rachel of Amarillo, Rodolfo Ballesteros and wife Leticia of Uvalde; as well as many brothers, sisters and grandchildren.
