Nancy Ann Coburn Klotz passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at the age of 72 years, 1 month and 16 days, in Amarillo.
A Memorial Service was held Monday, April 10, 2017. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur.
Nancy Ann Klotz was born February 20, 1945 in Perryton to John and Ruby Coburn. Nancy grew up in and attended Perryton Schools. She married Richard Michael Klotz on February 16, 1974 in Amarillo where they made their home. Richard preceded her in death on May 28, 2009. Nancy was a phlebotomist for Palo Duro Canyon Hospital in Canyon before her retirement. She was a loving mother, always ready to be a help to her children. She loved babysitting her grandchildren when she was needed. Nancy was always a help to her elderly neighbors with their medications, etc. Her love for her family was unconditional, always loving as only a Mother’s Heart can be. She left a heritage for her family to continue on with life, to know God, and being of help to each other.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
She is survived by her two daughters, Nicole Michelle Helton and Breck Renay Williams, her son, Chad Michael Klotz; six grandchildren, Katie Michelle Helton, Shawn Ethan Michael Klotz, Emily Ann Carter, Ava-Marie Cheyenne High, Haley Sierra High and Mariah Taylor Williams; two brothers, Tom Coburn and Fred Coburn; her puppy dog, Chance, who was her world; as well as many other relatives and friends.
