Phyllis Maxwell was born in Amarillo, Texas, on December 4, 1949. She worked as a Pharmacy Tech at the TDCJ Neal Unit until 2004. She never met an enemy and loved everyone.
She is survived by two daughters, Jana Owens of Corpus Christi and Julie Alameda of Amarillo; five grandchildren, Joshua, Noah, Anabelle, Jarika, and Katlin; two and 2 great-grandchildren, Naomi and Kaylani.
