Randy Borchardt

Randy Borchardt, 75, passed away on August 15, 2026. He was born August 6, 1951, in Plainview, Texas, to Gerldine and Kenneth Borchardt. He graduated from Dumas High School and proudly worked for Pioneer Natural Resources for 37 years.

Randy was married to his beloved wife, Mary, for 53 years. He cherished his family and especially enjoyed fishing and hunting with his brother on the King Ranch and fishing with his grandchildren. He was an avid sports fan who loved the Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys and took great pride in watching his children and grandchildren play sports.

Randy is survived by his wife, Mary Borchardt; children, Terry McKeever, Tammy McKeever, Jody Brown, Shalisse Borchardt, and Shayler Borchardt; grandchildren, Ambrynne Martinez, Albert Sifuentez Jr, Brittlynn Martinez, Chandler Borchardt, Kye Borchardt, and Zaylee Torrez; brothers, Gary Borchardt and wife Sherry, and Bobby Borchardt and wife Susan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerldine and Kenneth Borchardt.

Randy will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew and loved him. His love for his family, the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and sports will remain a cherished part of the memories he leaves behind.
