Renée was born on June 4, 1967, in Roswell, New Mexico. She attended high school in Graham, Texas.

To know Renée was truly to love her. She had a vibrant spirit that radiated joy wherever she went. Welcoming, generous, and full of life, she had a remarkable gift for making others feel seen, loved, and at home. Each morning she greeted the day with her signature declaration, "It's going to be a beautiful day in the neighborhood!" It wasn't simply a saying—it was the way she chose to live her life.

Renée gave of herself sacrificially and possessed a grateful heart that found blessings in every circumstance. Even during life's challenges, she had an extraordinary ability to focus on the good, finding beauty and reasons to give thanks in even the smallest moments.

Renée was also known for her strong work ethic and unwavering dedication. She believed that every job was worth doing well and took great pride in all of her work. She faithfully served as a cook at BSA Health System for more than ten years before joining the bakery team at Sam's Club, where she became a valued and beloved coworker for another decade. Most recently, she worked in the deli at United Supermarkets on Soncy Road, where she continued to serve others with the same cheerful spirit until declining health prevented her from working. Whether preparing a meal, decorating baked goods, or helping a customer, Renée approached every task with diligence, kindness, and a genuine desire to make someone's day a little brighter.

Above all else, Renée's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted and ever-present mother to her daughters, loving them with her whole heart and supporting them through every season of life. Becoming "MoMo" only multiplied that joy. Her six precious grandchildren were the light of her life, and she treasured every opportunity to love, encourage, spoil, and create lasting memories with them. The love she poured into her family will continue to echo through generations.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth; and by three brothers, Mike and Jerry Bewley and Pete “Boo-Boo” Torres.

Renée is survived by her two daughters, Angelica Garcia and husband Zachary of Amarillo and Ashley Martinez and husband Felipe of Pensacola, Fl; her fathe Eliseo Garcia-Saucedo; two sisters, Rita Ocanas and Stephanie Torres both of Amarillo; and her six grandchildren, Thaddeus, Aaliyah and Kannon Garcia and Malakai, Miklo and Mikah Martinez.
