Robert George Linton

Robert G. “Beeze” Linton, age 67, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, February 21, 2012.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Pullman Baptist Church at 3:00 PM with Russell Warren officiating.  Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur.

Robert was born on December 5, 1944 in Ithaca, NY to Robert Charles and Phyllis Rose Linton.  He married the love of his life, Carol Kessler on April 24, 1979.  They were married for 34 years.  He served in the U.S. Marine Corp. and later was employed in the prison industry.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol; one daughter, Kendra Titus and boyfriend Damon Waters; two sons, Scott Linton and wife Christina and Jeffrey Linton; two sisters, Lorraine Johnston and husband Joe and Lynn Conway; one brother, Richard “Dick” Linton; two granddaughters, Brenna Linton and Natalie Linton and three grandsons, Kyle Perez, Tyler Linton and Xander Linton.
