Robert Perez, 47, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
Rosary will be said 6:00 PM Friday, November 4, 2016 at Angel Funeral Home, Chapel of Angels. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 AM Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Rev. Haider Quintero as Celebrant. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home.
Robert was born March 30, 1969 in Hereford to Nick and Mary Villarreal Perez. He was a simple man. He took pride in loving and protecting his family. He knew how to make light of everything through the good and bad. He had a great skill by working hard and stood tall. Through it all, he never lost sight of what mattered most. Keeping those he loved close to him.
He is survived by his parents, Nick and Mary Perez; his daughters, Vanessa Carbajal and husband Richard Galvan, Cindy Perez, and Miranda Perez; a son, Arthur Wheat; a sister, Guadalupe Gonzalez – all of Amarillo; brothers, Joe Camacho Jr. and wife, Frances of Memphis, Joe Angel Camacho and wife, Marisela of Amarillo; and nine grandchildren.
