Romulo Naranjo, 54, of Hereford, died Saturday, April 20, 2013.

Mr. Naranjo was born July 11, 1958 in Kennedy to Luciano and Theodora Naranjo. He attended school in Florida and was a farm laborer in his adult life. Romulo married Adela Contreras in December 1986. He loved working and spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Naranjo enjoyed listening to music, watching movies and lending a hand to anyone in need. He will be missed but not forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Ramon Naranjo.
Survivors include his wife, Adela Naranjo of Hereford; a step-daughter, Cynthia Conde of Hereford; 2 step-sons, Mathew Conde and wife Betty of Hereford, and Adan Conde, Jr. of Lubbock; 7 brothers; 3 sisters; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren .
Family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
