Rosa Marina Hernandez

With profound sorrow and deep love, we announce the passing of Rosa Marina Hernandez, who went home to be with the Lord on December 21, 2025. Born on August 30, 1961, Rosa lived a life rooted in faith, compassion, and unwavering love for her family.

The family will receive guests on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur, from 4 pm to 7 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 10 am, in the funeral home's Chapel of Angels with Reverend Eric Obando presiding. Burial will follow at Llano Cemetery.

Rosa was a strong woman of faith whose trust in God guided her through every season of life. She was the sweetest and most loving mother, always placing her children and grandchildren above all else. Her heart was one of service—she never hesitated to lend a helping hand, offer a kind word, or show compassion to anyone she encountered. To know Rosa was to feel deeply loved.

One of her greatest joys was attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, proudly cheering them on and celebrating every moment. Family meant everything to her, and she poured her heart into creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Rosa was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rodolfo Hernandez, whom she loved dearly.

She is survived by her son, Rudy Hernandez, and his wife, Klorenda Hernandez; her daughter, Laura Hernandez, and her husband, Nick Jones Sr.; her cherished grandchildren Jazmin Hernandez, Zariah Hernandez, Nicolas Jones Jr., Alicia Jones, Zayden Hernandez, and a precious grandson expected to be born in June, whom she already loved deeply; her loving sister, Ana Martinez; along with many extended family members and friends who were blessed by her kindness.

Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that Rosa is now at peace, healed, and reunited in heaven with her husband and loved ones who went before her. Her legacy of faith, love, and selflessness will continue to live on through her family and all whose lives she touched.
