Rosa was born on March 10, 1948 in Plainview to Simon and Geronima Estrada.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin. This was her temporary home and she went to be with the Lord. She fulfilled her destiny here on earth.
Rosa was a very strong and determined woman who was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Rosa was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, and one sister and by her husband Jesus in December 2012.
She is survived by: Two sons, Jessie Mendoza III, Richard Mendoza; two daughters, Anna Mendoza, Sonya Flores; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; and three sisters.
