A cherished mother, grandmother, sister, wife, aunt, and friend, the life of Nan was filled with love and care for others. Nan was born on February 4th, 1950 in Meridian, MS to MSgt Earl C and Daisy R Ivy.

A wild child from the start, Nan grew up the youngest of her sisters and brothers, getting into all sorts of trouble in the woods of Mississippi and often blaming it on her siblings.

Her father's career in the Air Force led the family to Amarillo in 1958, where she would lay down roots that would grow into a whole lifetime. She worked in multiple jobs here and there, but her first and most important job was always to care for someone else. Ask anyone who knew her, and they'll have a story to share about what she did for them. No matter her own circumstances, she always put others first. No matter if it was day, night, rain, shine, or even the ever-elusive West Texas blizzard you knew who to call if you were in need-and that was Nan.

She lit up an entire room when she walked in and could make you laugh within seconds of meeting her. She was deeply spiritual, and never hesitated to share her faith with anyone she met. Looking at her, you might think she was a small woman, but as soon as you spoke to her you'd see she had the fervor of a giant. She leaves behind a legacy of true love and loyalty, and she will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl C Ivy; her mother, Daisy R Ivy; her brother-in-law, Jerry Don Branch and many brothers and sisters.

Nan is survived by her sisters, Darlene Branch and Eulene Neuwirth; her daughter, Michele Miller; her son, Marcus Uhrich; her husband, Roger Uhrich; her granddaughter, Sierra Rose; her son, David Miller; her twin boys, Chaseon and Traceon; her nephews Jerry Branch Jr and wife Christina Branch; Tony Branch and husband John Murr; her nephew Billy Dickerson and wife Darlene Dickerson; her daughter, Theresa and husband Eloy Ortiz; her brother, Danny Ivy; her great-niece, Sara Chavez; her great-niece, Alexandria Contreras; her grandson, David Ostrander, great-granddaughters Savanna, Aubree, Bryn'Lee, Kay'Lynn, and Jacqualyn; daughter Charlotte Heberling and husband Shane, grandson Dylan Heberling and great-grandson Wesley Heberling, and great-granddaughter Hadlee Heberling; her chosen sons, Tyler and Cody Wedell, and Jordan Stamps; dearest friend Naomi and her daughter Mariah; and a host of loving family and friends.
