Jet was born June 15, 2001 and had lived and attended school in Clinton, OK until the family recently moved the Amarillo area. Jet was a loving charismatic fifteen year old who came into our lives at the age of three. He loved to sing, write and dance and oh how he could dance. Jet was always there to make family and friends smile.
He loved his friends at both Clinton and Canyon High School and his huge family.
As an adopted child Jet had the opportunity to have the support of not only his family but two amazing counselors, Amy Melton Barnett and James Giticha. They went above and beyond in order to ensure Jet’s wellbeing. They were and are appreciated and loved as family. Although his death came way too soon, we were blessed and will continue to be blessed by everything he brought to our lives.
In his time of crisis, this community stepped up and searched far and wide in an effort to find him. We are forever grateful to Alicia Morris, Kendra Tallent, Esmi Alameda and Diann Dugger- Jenkins who never gave up.
Jet is survived by his mother; Jaclyn Spydell and her husband John, his father, Earl Kinder and his wife Monica; his grandparents, JoEllen and Bill Hull, Daryl Kile and Carol and Jimmy Truster ; his biological parents, Amanda Cardwell and Rick Bass; his sisters, Harley and Grace Kinder, Lauren Diaz, Caitlen Coxwell, Kaysson Epps, Trinity Bass, Anna and Claire Spydell; his step sisters, Stephanie and Sara Franklin and Avalette Warner; his brothers; Eric and Austin Kinder, Matthew Coxwell, Brayden Bass, Jacob Ashley and Sean Spydell; and his step brothers, Jonathon and Jeremy Kinder, and Reese, Clay and Kyle Warner.
