Vernnetta Jean Ellerd

On February 12, 2023, our mother, Vernnetta Jean Ellerd (Netta), passed away into God’s graces after several months of ill health. A beloved sister and mother, Netta was born May 3, 1948, and was 74 years old. Netta is survived by her sister Belinda and her 4 daughters, Janene, Stacy, Monica, and Jessica. She will be missed by all including her 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.  Netta was predeceased by her father, Clarence (Pinky), her mother, Betty, and her brother, Ralph. Funeral services will be held on March 18th, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Tulia, Texas. A private graveside service will be held for the family.
