Vicki Diane Fischer

Vicki Diane Fischer, 77, of Amarillo, passed peacefully on the morning of December 12, 2025.

A graveside service will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM, with Reverend Greg Corona of Hillside Christian West Campus presiding.

Vicki was born on June 18, 1948, in Amarillo, Texas to F.E. and Ruth (Chancelor) Waller. William and Vicki were married for 56 years. Together they helped run the Beef Burger Barrell for many years.

Vicki is an amazing and wonderful mother. She was loving and kindhearted to her family and friends, and especially her beloved dog Addie. We have so many sweet memories that we will cherish. Over the years, Vicki and Tiffani had such a special and close bond. Tiffani was able to tell her anything. Vicki retained every detail Tiffani said and held it close to her heart, even the things Tiffani forgot she told her. Tiffani and her sister, Sondra, were so blessed to have such a wonderfully loving and kind mother that they will miss very much, but both take solace in the fact that they will see her again one day soon.
