Vicky was born on October 5, 1956 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Bill and Joyce Meek. She worked for SPAN Instruments in Plano, Texas for ten years. Vicky will be remembered as a loving wife, sister and aunt.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Carmela Terrebonne in December of 1977.
Vicky is survived by her husband, Roger Settle of Carlsbad; one sister, Cecelia Davidson of Amarillo; and two brothers, Phillip Settle of Amarillo and Drew Settle of Longview.
