Alexis "Lexi" Lopez

Alexis “Lexi” Lopez went to be with the LORD on December 13, 2019. Celebration of Life services will be held at Accelerate Church 4400 Crockett Street in Amarillo TX at 11:00 am on Monday December 16, 2019.

Lexi was born in Amarillo on February 28, 1999 to Kasie Ann Salas and Octavio Lopez. She attended Waxahachie High School and Accelerate Church.

Lexi loved the outdoors and liked to make people laugh.  Her favorite past times included gaming, dancing listening to music as well as playing the drums.   She loved being with her family and face timing her mom, sister and baby nephew Axl.  Her love for Christmas showed in her kindness in compassion for her family and loved ones.

Lexi is survived by her mother, Kasie Salas Shead and husband Cedric Shead; Father, Octavio Lopez and wife Zena Lopez.  Sister, Brisa Lopez and significant other Dallas Gladney; brother, Jr. McCoid; Popo and Mema, Daniel and Lynda Salas; Abuelito and Abuelita, Jose and Antonia Lopez; Great Grandma, Henrietta Olivarez; Nephew, Axl Rein Frank Gladney. Uncles and Aunts; Kenneth and Libby Kelley, Jose and Alma Lopez, Danny Salas, Jesse and Sonia Rodriguez, Eddie and Denice Hart, Andy Lopez, Jolene Santiago and several cousins.

She is reunited in heaven with her Great Grandpa Antonio Olivarez and cousins Ericka Jo and Elijah Xavier. And special honorary family member Hayden O’Brien who donated the gift of life.
